  Our landlord decides the backyard we rent isn’t ours anymore and tears down our fence to build another unit. He refuses to compromise, refuses to let us talk to owner, and repeatedly shows up and walks in backyard with no prior notice. I have tried to email the company to bypass landlord 3 times to try to resolve/compromise on the situation and have received no response. Save yourself the headache and rent somewhere else…. … to respond to below. I’ve tried to contact. And I’m confused, Our lease says “smart choice realty” on it.

  Unacceptable Texting on a Sunday morning at 8am. I did not ask to be contacted or did I ask for anything but this co is cold texting on Sunday. This is unacceptable and should not be tolerated by anyone. If this is how they drum up business I would watch out for this company. No one should cold text anyone on a Sunday morning. This company is totally irresponsible and inconsiderate for peoples privacy on a Sunday morning.

  Harold handled our refi and it was a great experience. If you've ever refinanced your home you know that it's a stressful situation almost always. Harold was responsive, honest (sometimes I didn't want to hear the truth lol) and very professional. In the end my expectations were exceeded and my wife is happy all in record time. Stop looking and let Smart Choice be your smart choice. Awesome

  SCAMMER!!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!! UNPROFESSIONAL, MISHANDLES INFORMATION, STRINGS YOU ALONG & CUSSED ME OUT OVER THE PHONE... Harold is looking for easy targets to get personal information from people, he gets offended when you ask him about his standard practice because there isn't ANY! SAVE YOUR ENERGY !!! SCAMMER HAROLD

  Anyone interested in why this person wants to hurt me so bad feel free to call or text me. I helped her father raise his credit score up 60 points. I didn't charge him a penny yet I paid money out of my pocket to achieve this for him. I don't know this person Teaerra- all I know she his daughter. Instead of saying thank you for helping my dad she called me and was extremely rude and obnoxious with me & put up this review. I have NEVER DONE BUSINESS with her - I have no history with her. She literally is just lying for an unknown reason. But life goes on. I've been doing this my whole career- 19 years - I'm an expert at what I do. I am fully licensed and have helped many many people. If you do business with me I'm 100% sure you will be impressed. Good day! 🙂

  I used to work for Harold at Premier Lending... he did not have anyone licensed to sell loans. The company ended up closing down because he didn't pay his employees.... one single mother lost her apartment and eventually became homeless due to his lack of professionalism and flat out lying... he would tell us the money is coming just hang tight.... empty promises... this guy is a scam artist RUN away
