  The Springfield SBDC and Rob Alexander (and many other advisors) have been a tremendous help in my business success. They have helped me with several projects over the years (video editing, accounting, Quickbooks, etc.) and most recently with my PPP loan application and forgiveness application. The PPP loan was very intimidating, they are super helpful and patient. I don't understand why other business owners do not utilize these resources to their benefit... it's what it's there for. So incredibly grateful. 🙂

  Rob and Chuck at the SBDC have always been top shelf. They're quick to respond. They have the information I need, and consistently they help get me to a place where all there is left to do is keep putting one foot in front of the other – which is a vast improvement over not knowing what the first step even is. Kudos to the SBDC. Call them. Tell them what small business problem you have. Be impressed with how much they can help.

  The SBDC is exceptional. I assumed I would receive some resources and be pointed to some websites. Instead, I've met with a wide variety of experts who've trained me in critical areas of business ownership. I've received coaching in marketing, sales, accounting, and business finance. If you're looking to grow as a business owner, I highly recommend the SBDC.
