  We've brought our TV in two or three times and they've been accommodating everytime and recieved my tv back in the same condition I brought it to them in.. So far I would recommend this pawn shop to anyone who is interested in stopping by for their help.

  I have been going to this store or this pawn shop for many years now I've always been treated very nicely the people that work there are very nice the owner is very nice I love everything about them I won't go to any other pawn shop

  Definitely one of the best pawn shops with quality items around the springfield area. Shawn is always helpful and knowledgeable about the items he is selling. Over the years I have bought multiple items from Max's. I've never had a bad experience or a issue with any of their posted polices. Awesome people and a great place to pick up some solid deals!

  Don't deserve stars, this company makes it so difficult to pay on what you have pawned, they want to make it so you can't pay on what's in pawn. They are thiefs. They will accept credit/debit card if your purchasing but won't to extend the loan/pawn. They won't take a card over the phone to pay on a loan. They make up the rules as they go, it's a trash company. I suggest Rose City Pawn. The owner is a war veteran, he's a gentleman, and he will always get my business.

  knowledgeable,excellent and very friendly service the prices are always the best whether pawning or buying an item , honestly the only place I recommend to family and friends. Stop in and check it out for yourself I'm sure you will have an awesome experience.

  I bought/sold/pawned/did business here,for many many years, until a year or so ago, I had 2 rings repaired & their Unknown Jeweler switched out my stones, one of which has been measured& certifed by GIA, w/a spicific number of facets,size&cut. This is not an empty accusation, nor libelous information. Also another piece was improperly repaired. I genuinely like the owner, but their "repair departmrnt." cannot be trusted.

  I went there last month pawn it and found they close on Wednesday guy told me they be open on 3rd which is on Wednesday i would had appreciate if they told me ahead time instend waste lil bit gas money no big deal its okay
