  I have repeatedly left messages on their answering machine for them to call me even emailed one and I'm still yet to heal hear from them due to a hold on my account and even the company that sent the money is concerned as well if I call her that important to you why aren't you answering your messages question,?

  They never answer phone calls. I called several times during their business hours and it direct me to a voice mail. As I have not received the call back, I assume they do not check the voice mail as well.

  Lobby not open. I'm a truck driver. Out in it every day with people from all over the country. They cant hand stuff across the counter . No excuse. I know of dozens of businesses serving the essential workers of ohio that stayed in place and kept things going. Huntington is not one of them .

  Love this branch. Two teller love getting. Jacob is amazing. Dusty well jump any problem for you slove it. So give 5 star rating . If want to walk feel like family. You pick right place. Guys are awesome keep it up!!!!

  By far the worst customer service around... Changed my account accessibility without my knowledge. I stayed with this bank way too long.

  Customer service in the drive thru has really gone down recently. Great bank over all but customer service is just not there anymore the last few times I have been.
