  I am so glad we went through Diana Bowman .We did have it sold within 2 hours of having the house shown on the first day we had it up for sale.And not because of Diana,the first couple whom we sold it to,wanted in the house before we could get moved out.Anyway,the second sale went really smoothly,and sold right away.So,thank you Diana for your help with selling our house.Sincerely,Don and Pam Diosi.Galion,Ohio.

  Sandy Thompson is an amazing real estate agent who genuinely cares for her clients! She spent months showing us houses and was never frustrated when we would decide it wasn’t the one. When we did find “the one” she had us in contract to buy the house that very day!   i had this valuable and wonderful real estate woman who sold my condo,her name is Sandy Lawrence you could not find a better real estate person and a better company Sluss, i hired Sandy within a week she had 4 people interest and they came on the following Saturday. the first one who walked in told her to cancel the other 3 but she could not do that so he offered quit bit above asking price,, she called me on the phone and told me what he said we agreed right away, and i closed on the 17th, it was the most exciting experience i have ever had in my life, i want to recommend here very highly if you want to sell your home, you could not find a better or caring person anywhere else, Thank you so much Sandy for everything., and it was great doing business with the Sluss real estate company, the closing at there offices was also a very pleasant and professional experience, i am so glad i fount them.   Great experience from start to finish! Kim Thompson-Barley was awesome! She explained everything thoroughly and kept us in the loop the whole time that our house was on the market.   Paula Ammons was a great realtor she gave us the best house hunting experience even if our offer didn't go through she would always give us encouragement. She always kept in contact throughout the whole process and she made us feel like we were good friends.

  I recently purchased a home using Melanie Bradley as my agent through Sluss. Melanie was very thorough with explaining some things to me, and very patient with my needs. I was buying a house in the Mansfield area, while living in Philadelphia. Having to set up 10+ showings on one weekend was a challenging task, but Mel did amazing at getting me every home I wanted to. In the end, she also helped negotiate with the seller and get some concessions in my favor. Definitely recommend Melanie Bradley to help you if you are buying or selling your home.

After compiling accurate market comparative quotes and walking us through the listing process, she got busy showing it to qualified buyers.   I worked with realtor Debra Jones at Sluss Reality to purchase my first house after moving to the Mansfield area. Debra always had my best interest in mind even though we looked through dozens of houses over a few months. She was extremely knowledgeable about the greater Mansfield area housing market. Just by telling her the location of a house to schedule a showing, she already knew who likely built the house and issues that pop up in houses in that certain area of town or from that builder. I couldn't recommend Debra and Sluss Reality enough. The process of buying a house was very stressful, but having a great realtor made it much much easier.
