  My Uncle Chuck had told me about Bill with American Eagle Mortgage witch he has bought two houses through Bill and said he loves him! So My wife and I called him up and told him we are new and didn't know ANYTHING about getting a house!!! So he asked a few questions and told he a few things to do and I followed what he had said and within a few months WE WAS HOME OWNERS!!!! Please people I'm telling you if you want someone you can trust and easy to work with Bill is your guy!!! Him and his team make it easy!! Well until you have you sign your life away at the end haha!! Best part was we didn't need to put anything for a down payment! Thanks So Much Bill and your team!! We love our home!!

  Just closed on my first mortgage will Bill at American Eagle. Was a great experience- everything was explained clearly and concisely, and simplified so that I could understand. Bill was very knowledgeable in all aspects of not only the mortgage process, but also the original purchase. I can honestly say I likely would not have ended up with my current house without his help. I should also mention that I am a veteran and Bill was very knowledgeable about the VA loan process and catered very much so to the veteran experience. Highly recommended. I will certainly use this service for my next large home purchase.

  Bill Staton at American Eagle Mortgage was excellent to work with when I was making my first home purchase. Bill had an answer for all my questions along the way. Bill made the process look easy and handled my mortgage in a timely fashion. The most important thing is Bill was very honest and upfront with me in a professional manner and there was no hidden surprises throughout the entire mortgage process.

  Bill Staton! Remember that name. He and his group including Loretta and Susan are top notch. Attaining financing isn't always the easiest path with newer regulations and restrictions. The good news is Bill and team know how to successfully navigate many situations and their customer first resiliency is hard to find in the industry today.This team DID NOT STOP! I'm from out of state and was referred to Bill about 40 days ago and I'm so glad I was. He communicated regularly provided sound advice and was optimistic and realistic when challenges arose resulting in two very happy new home owners. We will work with Bill again.   My husband and I just closed on our first house and mortgage with Bill and I couldn’t be happier! Bill had my husband and I preapproved in one day and had been there for what seamed like daily phone calls and answering every question we had!!! He even drove clear to tiffin to sit with us as we finished signing at the title agency! I would highly recommend Bill to anyone looking at buying a home!! He is an amazing guy who is honest and will not “BS” you just to make a sale! But highly recommended! Thanks Bill for everything you did for Kenny and I!!!

  After moving back home with my husband from being stationed with the Air Force we found ourselves having to jump through a lot of hoops to find a home. This was our first home, and we were alone in this new experience until we found Mr. Staton and American Eagle Morgage. He made the experience painless with veteran friendly service and made sure to sit us down to explain every detail so we weren’t blindsided. He treated us like family and showed this when we were going to have trouble getting our loan due to my new job not being consistent with hours. Mr. Staton went to bat for us and fought to get us our first home and got everything done to perfection.
