  I personally recommend that you do not bank here. In the many years I've had an account with this institution I've yet to come across personnel who genuinely care about account holders and their financial health. Whether that'd be consultations on saving, budgeting, investing, or just increasing your financial portfolio in general. And if you're seeking to better your credit by getting advice on how to do so, or where to start at least, then this is definitely not the place for you. Don't be fooled by the name of this establishment. Yet there's no problem when it comes to monthly fees being deducted from your account. Honestly, you're better off using a service like Chime because, ironically enough, you'll get better service, and the benefits that come with it.

  I've worked with a lot of banks due to the nature of my business. Advantage went above and beyond to complete a closing for me when I needed it most! Nothing but great things to say about them and their team. Special shout out to: Amy, Camille, Bob and Tonya! Thanks again Advantage!

  My experience with Advantage Credit Union has been excellent. I now have my car loans, home loan and credit card with them. Their staff is kind, easy to work with and very responsive. I couldn't recommend them more highly.

  Advantage is a great Credit Union. The folks there are very friendly and helpful and most of all - consistent! The Credit Union doesn't have a fee for everything you do, they help you if there's a problem, which there rarely is and it's always been because of some external situation like a vendor charges twice. The times that I screwed up, they covered me and that's what I like in a place that I bank in, to feel confident and secure!

  I've been banking with Advantage Credit Union since I was a child. I won't bank anywhere else The staff are friendly and work with you to find the best offer and out look for you; be it a loan, an account anything you need. I highly recommend them for banking needs.

  I only had a car loan through them for a few years. But from my little experience with them they were able to leave a lasting impression. Nothing but kind things to say about all of the employees I worked with. They will be on my top list of banks to do business with in the future

  I have a savings account here! Easy no fuss services. I also have a small loan here! Excellent rates and friendly staff! Friendly home town feel. If your not a member of a credit union ,I highly recommend doing so because of the many benefits a credit union has over traditional banking.

  The friendliness and caring people that you get to work with at Advantage Credit Union whether on the phone or in person are always kind, courteous, and respectful of your situation and needs. They go out of their way to make sure your financial needs are met and strive to do the best for each individual.

  My husband and I have banked here for severa years. We were referred by my grandparents who have banked here for 20+ years. My grandfather retired from GM. Anyways....we've never had any real issues before as we've never needed to speak with their employees/customer service. Had i done so before, we would have never banked with them for this long. Their assistant manager Cam and the manager above her (a male) are both extremely rude and disrespectful. We had several incidents with Cam and had called to file a complaint, which i never do, and was completely dismissed by the head manager. I have never felt so mistreated...ever. I dont care what someones income is, what the color of their skin is, ect....that is no reason for the treatment they have given. There are several other bad reviews similar to mine. Theres no cooperate office to call so dont waste your time....just dont bank here.

  This financial institution is reporting incorrect information to the major credit bureaus. I have emailed them and placed calls but I cannot get anyone to communicate with me about the inaccuracies they're reporting. A bank manager called me back yesterday. Asked me how I could possibly know what is being reported to the credit bureaus 🤦‍♀️. She denied any reporting other than emailing a data file that is auto pulled on customers every month. I explained to her I can pull my own credit report and monitor it monthly. I informed her that in the midst of trying to clear this up with someone there that I have filed a dispute with the bureaus. She told me that is why I have inaccurate information on the report.....because I filed a dispute. I tried to explain to her several times that the bureaus slap something on your report out of spite. I am disputing the INACCURACIES that the credit union PROVIDED for my credit report. I would think a basic understanding of credit and all the workings would be a requirement for a job as a bank manager.
