  I just recently closed on my Sitterle Home. I wish your team would have delivered a home without so many issues. I have a list of items and after two weeks they still need to be repaired. To anytime purchasing a Sitterle Home do not close until everything it to you satisfaction. I was promised everything would be taken care of, but here I am paying the builder hundreds of thousands of dollars and still waiting for them to complete their commitments.

  My husband and I are buying a house in Santa Rita ranch from Sitterle. If it wasn’t for Amber we would probably of chose another home. We are from Hawaii and buying so far away is very stressful. Our first visit in the model home was amazing. Amber made us feel very comfortable considering this was about our tenth model home in 2 days. She had all the answers for both my questions and my husband’s contractor questions. We walked away feeling super great about this home but was not quite sold. We did go down south and looked at a few more. We thought about it called Amber and once again she made us feel so comfortable about buying from Sitterle. She has been absolutely amazing. When we call her she responds immediately and has the answers. Sitterle homes you should feel very fortunate you have such an awesome sales person. Thank you and can’t wait for our house to be built.

  We were looking for a garden home. My daughter had a Sitterle home in Dripping Springs which she loved! We were pleasantly surprised at finding Sitterle in Santa Rita Ranch. Amber invited us in and showed us around and talked about Sitterle as family and how wonderful they were. They were the type of builder that went the extra mile to make your home special just for you. She was so informative that we went back the next day to put money down. Each time we met, Amber was always there with answers. We highly recommend this wonderful experience!

  My husband and I are in the very beginning stages of deciding between buying an existing home vs. building a new home. We went out last weekend and looked at so many model and spec homes with many different builders that they all started melting together in our minds. Except one. And not for any other reason except for Amber. Of all the sales representatives we met she was the most memorable because of her kind and welcoming demeanor and willingness to go above and beyond to freely share her time and knowledge of her beautiful product. We absolutely love all of the character and charm of Sitterle homes, but if we have the chance to actually work with Amber through our personal home buying process it will be a great experience beyond a shadow of a doubt.   Sitterle Homes have been amazing to work with during this process with my clients. Bryan Thomas has gained many "Gold Stars" in our book for great customer service for agents and customers! He goes out of his way to update the customers and agents of the progress in the new home building process, even going as far as taking pictures of plumbing, electrical, etc, before the drywall has been put up so new home owners will know later on where everything is. I have LOVED working with this company and I know my clients have appreciated the build process as well! Great job, Bryan and Sitterle Homes!! Keep doing it the RIGHT way!!

  Amber was the onsite with Sitterle Homes in Santa Rita Ranch that assisted me on my home purchase. Amber helped every step of the way in the process and allowed me to negotiate a different address than the one I originally signed up on.( I made an offer sight unseen) Whether you are looking or buying you should consider Amber Hoffman as your local onsite go to.
