Making decisions was extremely difficult during this time but with Cheryl’s helpful team, I was able to get answers to all of my questions within 24 business hours and often faster. She referred me to a very helpful independent homeowners insurance agency and I was able to make all things align within my budget. I don’t think I would’ve been able to navigate the home buying experience with anyone else.   Simply, I would not have my home if it wasn't for Cheryl New. Cheryl explained the mortgage process and I always felt informed. Questions were quickly answered. Cheryl also made helpful suggestions I would not of known otherwise. Cheryl is smart and knows her trade well.   We were first time home buyers and had no clue what we were doing. Cheryl and her team were able to finance the home we wanted even after two other lenders couldn’t. They were extremely helpful and kind. We refinanced through them a couple years after our purchase and once again they were so helpful. Things went smoothly, quickly and efficiently even during the start of the pandemic when everything was crazy. Definitely recommend!
