  Pam was fantastic helping me open a checking account. I've been dreading on opening one for so long cause of the process. I'm very impatient person so to have it done so easy and so quickly is really nice. She even made sure my debit card was activated and working. Best bank experience ever!

  Went in to get a new card because my account was hacked. They told me no and that the company shouldn't be able to charge it to my account. A week later sure enough close to 1400 was missing out of my account. Took my mom up there as a witness they tried calling me a liar and said I didn't ask for a card. When I said watch the tape their story changed to I didn't give them a good enough reason finally got one of their higher ups on speaker phone and she told them I didn't need a reason to ask for a card I just pay the 5 dollars that is it. They blamed me. The people whose fault this is still work there and give addittude when I stop by to point I go through drive thru. Bank finally admitted they were wrong put money back in account but said if they can't recover the money from the company who took it from me they would take their money back too. My advise is take your money else where when so many hacks going on you don't need to go through this too.

  Bank seems okay. Two experiences: One unsatisfactory (at counter), one very good (over phone). Forms not accessible online, requires a parent for checking for minor. Stated hours are not correct. Closed at 3 today. Only the drive thru is open until 6pm. Lobby open later on Fridays until 6. Makes for rough going when you work or go to school. Both banks in town have similar hours.

  I love this bank! They're employees have always been kind and helpful, and they have pretty low costs for business/checking accounts. If you're in search of a local bank, I'd put it near or at the top of your list.

  They're always closed early, I can't just take off of work just to get a new card

  We want to first apologize for any inconvenience. This location is open until 6 PM tonight (Friday) and we can print you are new card on your visit. If you cannot make it to the branch tonight, please call the branch to see if they can get you the card another way. 512-515-6300
