  I honestly don’t even know where to start. Title companies in Texas are are supposed to be a neutral party in the transaction - they are basically there just to facilitate the transaction the buyer and seller agreed to in the contract. I have personally been involved in hundreds, if not thousands, of home sales using title companies and this was by far the worst experience. I’m convinced Carmen Williams and Megan English have either never read the standard Texas home sale contract or they just don’t understand it (or they don’t act as a true neutral party - which would be an ethics violation of their license). Carmen actually flat out refused to help me order a new survey when the contract said I had every right to at the sellers expense. I’m sure this title company is perfectly fine if your agent is personally affiliated with them but they are the reason I will never again go with the “sellers choice” title company when I’m on the buy side of the transaction without personally interviewing the escrow officer.

  I highly recommend this business and Megan English. She has been phenomenal throughout this process for us. She has responded in a prompt, professional, and pleasant manner. She is very knowledgeable. I don’t want to admit how many times I have reached out to her but she has been amazing each time. I also want to give a shout out to the Nice lady who answers the phone, Ruby she is very sweet and pleasant to speak to.

  Simplified Title was so easy to work with and they did an excellent job. They were always super fast responding to any questions I had and they were extremely knowledgeable. Everyone in the office is so nice and helpful and we will definitely be using them again for future title needs.

  I have done dozens of closings and this is by far the easiest and fastest closing . And this was a complicated one as well, but Megan is amazing and so on task to meet the goals of the sellers, as well as the buyer! I will be sending all my closings to Megan @ Simplified Title! Thank you!

  I have had many closings with Simplified Title company and they always go above and beyond with customer service. Megan English is the best!!! I would recommend Simplified Title Company to anyone.

  This title company handled the closing on my new home. I made an over payment to them in the amount of over $9,000. Martin Garcia met with me at his bank to confirm the money was in his account, provided a cashiers check to rectify the issue. Unfortunately for me, he returned to the bank put a stop pay on the check and still has money he’s acknowledged has been sent to him in error. I would not recommend working with this company as they really not accommodating to customers like me. I have been schemed and treated unfairly. Due to this circumstance, I am in a new home without appliances or furniture. Martin Garcia has shown a lack of compassion or urgency in handling my issue with his company.

  Pamela explained complex verbose closing paperwork in layman's terms that the average buyer can understand. The only complaint I have is the nondescript building facade. It took 3 attempts circling the area before finding the right location.

  Had a terrible experience closing at this title company for my buyer. The seller requested we close at this title company and little did I know they were the worst. With so many title options that cater to clients, I suggest you stay away from this one.
