  Sheriff Bogdady was very knowledgeable and understanding of how to get me and my family a loan to purchase a house. He talked me through all the steps and was available to answer any of my questions. Thanks to him, my family and I were able to purchase a great home.   Mr. Bogdady was an absolute blessing every step of the way. Very knowledgeable. Provided several financing options. Allowed me to ask questions even when I thought they might be stupid questions. Explained interest rates, closing costs, etc thoroughly. Kept me updated and informed of the process. We closed on 11/20/19.

  My first agent a few years ago messed up our account and ruined everything. This go around we decided to go with Mr. Bogdady. He changed my opinion on loan officers. He is very professional. When there was a hiccup he was the first to dive in and get the problem solved. The communication is nothing but first class! He made our lives easier, and what appeared as a big issue he thoroughly explained the problem and let us know it was simply a minor obstacle. He is a hard worker and available at all times! I would recommend this man, and if I buy another home in Georgia I know who to call!

  I asked a million and 1 questions and he was always available and willing to answer. He prepped me well for the underwriting process and anticipated EVERY question they would ask me so I was prepared to submit the appropriate documentation when needed. My final approval to fund the loan was approved almost a week before the closing date.
