  Seriously wouldn’t recommend going here . Especially people who are low income. My grandfather passed away and my payment was a month behind and 1 day the night they came for my car without a warning. The towing company Didn’t want to give my children’s car seats we ended up calling the police . They literally don’t even want to give over my belongings in my car . Or my personal tag. they didn’t even send the letters this entire year to my address so some stranger had been getting my mail . They had the wrong address and everything this place is terrible and unprofessional. Obviously someone is not doing their job right . I wouldn’t recommend coming here they’re insensitive to your situation the manger Marcos said himself he hears story’s all the time like basically an eye roll . he could care less. I don’t want someone else going through something like this my little girl has hydrocephalus were constantly going back and forth to Atlanta for her neurologist doctor she’s only 2 years old she’s also autistic and had to go to therapy 3 times a week. I work two jobs and doordash on the side . They took my car and said if I wanted it back I would have to pay the remaining balance of $7,000 they’re crazy. This place does not care about you or your family don’t put yourself in this situation just go elsewhere. I promise you I never thought a place could be so cruel but they’re and the tow man they sent out was very unprofessional disrespectful and aggressive told me he had a weapon and showed me a fake badge said he was the one in Charge and that he decides if I get my car back or not. and recorded my family and I on private property . DO NOT GO HERE

  My vehicle is financed through Peoples. At first Richard was my rep, but he always communicated as a sales person which I immediately picked up on since I’ve been in sales most of my career. He needs a bit more experience with conflict resolution and empathy. He ran my credit again after a couple of months of being with them and making on time payments with no explanation when I called to ask about it. Melissa is my rep now and she is good with communicating. Overall, with all of my concerns, the team and most importantly management has addressed them in a timely fashion and with care. Thank you!

  People seemed very nice while I was paying on my car. As soon as car gave me problems nobody could help me with an honest solution. Then on top of that they put a repo on my credit after I always paid them when I was supposed to. Wouldn't recommend them!

  Very disappointing. Young lady who answered the phone was very uninformed about their hours of operation and what loans they would do.

  Very good finance company. They took a chance on me and I have no complaints so far. What people need to understand is that this is a business and they are in business to make money. They are not in the business of robbing people. You were willing to sign that contract at the dealership so you could buy your car, and they were willing to pay the dealership for the vehicle that you drive. If your car breaks down, be an adult about it and pay to fix it. There is no lemon law on used cars. Don't go and slander a lender because they were crazy enough to lend you money on a car that you don't want to pay for anymore because you probably didn't maintain it correctly and it doesn't run anymore. I currently have a loan through Peoples and have nothing but good things to say about them. I have also been in the car business for going on eight years and never hesitate to have Peoples Financial handle a loan for my customers at my dealership.

  Never had an issue. Even when I was sick and out of work for 3 months, they still worked with me. Morgan was the best rep anybody could ask for. You get to choose a car from any dealership and tell them who you want to have it financed through. I recommend this company. If I ever decide to finance again, it'll be through this company. Thanks for a wonderful car buying experience.

  They are really a good finance company, Richard has been great he has worked with me when I lost my job, but what I appreciate the most is his communication he responds quickly to emails and return phone calls promptly he also explains exactly how he can help Thanks Richard!

  Nothing but a blessing has come from this company. They have worked with me on my second chance, and I refuse to blow it. Paying them back for all they had and still doing for me is the goal. Amanda is my manager and she's so understanding and knowledgeable. Thanks Amanda. Only thing I believe they can work on is an online sign in to check our progress status. That will be nice. Other then that, I have no complaints.

  I just want to thank Richard. I was feeling down, due to lack of financial education. He wasn't able to help with my request, but he did share very valuable information. I was able to get to the right person because of Richard's advice. :)

  VERY professional and helped me get a car when I needed one desperately. Always willing to go the extra mile. LOVE having the drop slot feature because I don't always get back to Woodstock after work until after they close.
