      Customer service rep resentative Fallon offers the best Customer Service I have seen in about 15 years. She is very very very quick and efficient. True it should consider their self very lucky to have her on their team. I would give 10 stars but only five was available. Great experience. Thank you.

      This place was a good bank under the SunTrust name. My wife and I opened our first account in 1987. Truist is nothing short of mass confusion. The statements made prior to the merger were false regarding disruptions. Go to a credit union where you will be treated as a valued member.

      DO NOT MAKE A CASH DEPOSIT THROUGH THE ATM!!! THEY CREDITED MY ACCOUNT AND IMMEDIATELY REVERSED IT. PRETTY MUCH STOLE $1000. CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY ARE GOING TO MAIL ME A CLAIM, DO AN INVESTIGATION, AND THEN DECIDE IF I GET IT BACK. I HAVE THE RECEIPT. BE CAREFUL. NEVER DEPOSIT CASH THROUGH A MACHINE. Update: ten days later decided to cash a truist pay check. Decided to deposit $2000 of that cash to my account. Inside this time. Credited me $100. Called again. Two people later told me my cash deposit had to clear. To verify the cash. The cash out of thier vault. Did me the courtesy of fronting me $100 in case of an emergency. Better be a small emergency. Two in a row! YOU GO TRUIST!!! Another update. Now it's three in a row!

      The wait times are unbelievable simple deposit and I sit at the drive-up window for 15 minutes. Has not improved at all last three visits I've set there 10 to 15 minutes one guy who had the window blocked must have been there 20 -25 minutes no idea what you can do sitting at a window that long.....

      VERY slow personnel....it seems they don't really know what they're doing or maybe they don't care....I've been to this branch several times over the last few months, this is the slowest branch I've ever been too...this branch NEEDS HELP....worst experience at a bank EVER..

      We came in to check on a a wire transfer and open a savings account. Iris koplen assisted us. She went over and above for us. She was super helpful and very knowledgeable.

      I don't know what in the world is going on at this location. I was in here when they opened and I was the 3rd person in line. There are 3 able bodied people but only ONE PERSON doing all the work. I was able to ask her name, Kenya is EXCEPTIONAL. She was the only one doing the work. I truely felt very sad for her. She was doing the drive thru and in bank ALONE. Also when we came in we are asked BB&T or Suntrust. When a Caucasian male came in he was greeted only and one of the ones not helping Kenya IMMIDIATELY helped him. He was in and out in a minute. He was not asked which bank, he was just helped. When I had already been waiting my turn for half an hour. This bank needs to be looked in to. Again thank you so much Kenya <3

      Today I had a wonderful customer service experience. Carlie Gilbert helped me with a time sensitive issue. She was professional and courteous and got my issue resolved in a timely manner.

      Worst bank manager I have ever dealt with. We went in to get a medallion signature to transfer money out of a mutual fund. The manager didn't even invite us into her office, she spoke to us in the lobby waiting area; she was RUDE and treated us as if we were criminals. She also acted like she didn't know the difference between an online cash account and a mutual fund that was in cash (i.e. a money market). She said oh no, we can't provide a signature for that kind of signature, that's cash. In fact it's a mutual fund. We went to another bank and had no problems. Avoid this branch if you need service from a manager.

      Suntrust is now a flipping mess. One fiasco after another results in ME having to take time go into the branch to fix their screw ups. And they have the nerve to charge me for an account. They say the close accounts, they do not. They say they order checks, they do not. They an online chat, it tells you the may respond in 24 to 48 hours. I'm exhausted and over it.
