  Love, love, love Mr. Faulkner and Envoy Mortgage team! As a first time home buyer going in, reluctant and not sure what to expect. I was somewhat down having received extremely poor service with another lending institution and partner company. I was referred to Mr. Faulkner. This fine gentleman is PHENOMENAL. He is experienced, knowledgeable, warm and polite! His team took great care of me during my process! Things were a breeze and well communicated. Any obstacles overcome with professionalism and patience. I am pleased to have worked with this staff!

  I would highly recommend Envoy Mortgage for a mortgage loan. Ned and his staff held our hand through the entire process. Due to issues unrelated to financing, we had to go through the application and underwriting process three times, with three different homes. Ned, Patricia and Mary were undeterred - getting us approved and funded for the home we ultimately purchased. We were very pleased.

  Ben is the best! He was always available to talk and text to give advice, update me on the process, and just check up on me. He took the time to get to know me, and was very friendly and helpful with my first time home buying experience.   Ben is a trooper. Always very prompt with any information and willing to go above and beyond with every situation. He did an excellent job managing my expectations through every step. He was able to make my loan happen when it was to difficult for others. I talked with a few mortgage companies prior to Ben and nobody wanted to mess with me. Ben was the only one to actually dissect my scenario, and ultimately, use it for a practically flawless process.
