  Robert Scholl is absolutely amazing. He walked me through each step of this process. He explained to me what was going to happen and what my part in each step was. He sent me reminders and followed up with me each time something was complete. I never wondered what was going on or what was happening next. We ended up facing a surprise near the end of the process, just before closing, and he dealt with it with such professionalism and ease. The closing wasn't delayed and everything was seamless and smooth. I am so grateful for Robert's dedication and hard work.
