  Harriett was a tremendous help to me. I have been locked out of my online account for a week. So, I went to the main ATL Branch and she worked a miracle and showed me how to change my password and got be back online. 😊😊

  Very nice clean location . Tamara was my guest agent at this location she was extremely pleasant. Although everyone was pleasant my agent (Tamara) went above and beyond to ensure I was take.n care of . if you want stress-free no hassle courteous service with a smile this is definitely the location to visit ! Tell them “Da Black Dr. Suess” sent you.

  I've been with Pinnacle Credit Union for years now. I haven't had any problems with Customer Services at all. Always have Access to Whatever I Need. Very Calm & Quiet each time I visit the Branch that's closest to me. Keep up the Great Work.

  Best Car Loan Experience Ever! I have used Pinnacle Credit Union in the past to finance cars but this experience by far surpassed them all. My loan officer Tarsha Champion went above and beyond to make my experience a great one. She was very knowledgeable, very patient, and extremely pleasant. If you are considering using Pinnacle Credit Union as your lender, ask for Tarsha Champion.
