  We had the chance to work with Waterstone Mortgage for our first loan application and we had a very good experience from start to finish. The team has always been very responsive and available when needed. We liked the fact that they send several emails and videos throughout the process to explain where we stand and next steps, they also have a user friendly portal that was perfect for running simulations. Everything has been smooth and the team was particularly flexible and went above and beyond to assist us throughout the journey.

  Jasmine was able to get me a great 30 year FHA loan with a low interest rate. She was very helpful throughout the whole process and made everything go smoothly. Highly recommend using her as your mortgage broker.

  Jasmine at Waterstone Mortgage here in Atlanta has become almost a family member. My wife is a property investor, who once worked for Jasmine at Waterstone and learned the world of mortgages which has been an invaluable tool in her arsenal. What do we love about her? She always responds promptly no matter how busy she gets (and her company is growing exponentially). She found a way to get a home loan for my daughter who 1) lives in Uganda 2) has no job 3) has a Canadian husband with no US SSN . Jasmine and her team are so doggedly persistent in getting you a loan, there is just no question of ever seeking another firm. I recommend her to everyone I know.

Always available, their team will hold your hand through the entire process and make sure that you get the best mortgage to fit your situation. As a realtor, I am always asked to recommend lenders.   We cannot say enough great things about the Jasmine Team at Waterstone Mortgage! Warm, friendly, trustworthy, and experts in their field (a perfect combination). It is hard to imagine going through the home-buying processing without them - they were that good and critical to us. We had tons of questions throughout the process and we always received timely and quality responses. They also took initiative to get to know us as individuals, and that went a long way.   Jasmine and her team at Waterstone are the best in the business! In addition to putting them at the top of my list of preferred lenders, they are also who I personally use to finance my own transactions. That includes a recent investment purchase and a home refi. Waterstone is a family business, so you always know who you are working with. And they are local, so you know where to find them and they know all the ins and outs of lending in the Atlanta market. Supporting a small, local family run business is important to me. Plus, their service is top notch, they can close quickly and they offer a variety of creative financing options to my clients.

  I have used Jasmine and her team's services for probably about 4 or 5 mortgages or refinances over the last 10 years or so. For some of my early refinances, I would comparison shop, and I found that Jasmine's team always had the best rates and lowest fees, sometimes quite dramatically. Now, whenever I need anything mortgage related - including just helpful advice (which sometimes concludes in the recommendation that I not buying any services at this time, since that'd be what's best for me) - I immediately contact Jasmine. Everyone on the team provides streamlined, fast and no-nonsense services: everything is very quick and efficient. And they are super friendly and kind people. I trust them and highly recommend them to anyone seeking mortgage services!

  Jasmine and get entire team were great to work with! They made the entire refinance process so easy. They were friendly and responsive, and answered all our questions. We should have refinanced sooner! I would definitely recommend Jasmine to anyone looking to refinance.
