  Katy was an absolute dream to work with! She was incredibly helpful with explaining what was needed, what things meant and how to best obtain info we needed to qualify for a mortgage. She worked quickly, even showed up at our closing to congratulate us in person once everything was official. She took numerous calls from us when we didn't know what things meant or what direction to take.   Two other mortgage brokers told me they couldn't help me before I contacted SilverLight, and I'm really glad they did, because SilverLight was able to connect me with a great lender who gave me a much better rate than I ever expected, and Katy from SilverLight got them to complete the closing for me on a very abbreviated timeline. Katy did all the hard work, I just did exactly what she told me to do and everything worked out and got done. I would certainly work with SilverLight again and I definitely recommend them to anyone else without hesitation.

  I used Katy for a home loan and she made the entire process extremely simple and fast. Everything was streamlined, she was fast to respond to any questions, and despite being self-employed which adds some complication to the approval process, everything went smoothly from start to finish.   Katy is incredible!!!! We would never have closed on our house without her! As first time home buyers, we didn’t know how we would ever overcome the obstacles we were facing and we spoke with many mortgage brokers before Katy, and all were problematic and said we’d have to do this or that first. Katy was the only one who had solutions from the start! She helped every step of the way, answered questions even after bourse and it was the smoothest transaction possible!   Katy was AMAZING! We had an extremely tight time frame, and competing against a ton of all cash buyers and Katy pulled it off! It was a tough deal and very competitive but Katy came through with a good rate, good terms and fast close! She was so responsive and answered every question quickly - and there were A LOT! Her whole title team and Appraisal company was great. Doesn’t get better than her! Thanks Katy!
