  I wanted to love this credit Union. Sadly, I can't. I have been sitting in drive-thru at this particular location for over 20 minutes waiting on my transactions. A deposit and money order. Granted, I didn't fill out my form's correctly but this happens too often in addition to excessive holds on accounts and a district manager that doesn't reach back out to clients.

  They make it impossible for you to pay a loan off early. First, they say there is a daily payment limit of $2,500. Then the following day it will become a monthly limit. Now the only way to pay it off requires you to drive to a local branch (in the middle of a pandemic - ludicrous).... I’ve never had this issue with a major bank. It seems like they would rather you pay interest than pay your loan down faster.... greedy.

  Wow just wow. The SLOWEST bank known to man. If you want or need to kill 30 to 45.mins ,have nothing to do and enjoy sitting in your car pondering the meaning of life. Feel free to wait in the drive thru....AVOID THIS PLACE if you have a life...

  Called and was told notary in site. Waiting to see notary who really got off on telling me she couldn't notarize a will even though I'd been told the day prior that they could. Not sure who gets that much zeal out if letting folks down, but I hope it was the highlight of your week. Booooooo

  Best bank and customer services in a very long time for me. Great place, friendly and helpful staff.

  Never get a credit card with them. They try to double charge you. They say you still owe money even though it's already payed off. I don't recommend them except for financing a car, they have good rates.

  A real place with nice people who don't have a problem giving you their time. I did some business with them in the past. I'm dumping no service GTE and probably going with Mid-Fla, right across the street. To be fair, CUs are now more like banks than in the past when they were more exclusive for certain types of members.

  It's 5 pm on a Friday for a holiday weekend. They are open an extra hour inside to supposedly accommodate Fridays yet they have one teller available with 5 customers waiting in line. After asking someone if they could have another teller available they had one come up 5 minutes later. Horrible customer service here.

  I have been banking here for about 7 years! They know me by name and if there is ever an issue, they are diligent with helping on finding a resolution. It's nice working with people that treat you well.

  I went in to get some information on investing and retirement. The woman who I spoke with didn't have a clue! Not helpful at all! It made me wonder how long she has been with the company, and if it was a long time,. why was she still there. Luckily, i stumbled upon Heidi who was a fountain of information! She is not the only person in the bank I will speak with regarding anything!
