  I don't really understand why people only post bad reviews. This branch helped me from losing my vehicle, and the manager Joel went out of his way to help me through the process, and also emailed me to remind me to come in and see him. Excellent service.

  They deserve ZERO STARS. The customer service is absolutely terrible. Constant issues with my account. Constant fraud on my card. 30-40 minute waits for a virtual teller. Calling will not save you time either, i was on hold for 35 minutes just to speak to a rude representative that could not help me. I finally decided to switch banks and they would not even let me close my account same day. Save yourself the headache and DO NOT BANK HERE!!

  Fake "credit union". No live tellers and the one live person working at thks location is of no assistance. It's easy to see why every single branch in the Tampa Bay area has 2 stars or less on Google Reviews. Time to seriously reconsider your business model.
