  Kathy Muni did a great job. The whole process was simple and very professional. We love the paint job on the house and deck. Our neighbors commented that it was a really good job! They asked for the Silver Leaf Mortgage card. I highly recommend Silver Leaf Mortgage!

  Silver Leaf Mortgage called me to see if I would like some info about a reverse mortgage. I worked with Matt and Kathy and it was the best thing I ever did. I paid off my mortgage, got some cash that was desperately needed to repair my car, a line of credit, and paid off a large monthly debt from my walk in bathtub. Matt helped me to get my house cleaned and painted before the appraiser came out. I cannot thank Silver Leaf Mortgage enough. I would highly recommend them to everyone. Walter

  We feel very privileged to have Kathy Muni do the refinancing on our Reverse Mortgage loan! Having heard Kathy on the Reverse Mortgage program on the radio, we were highly impressed by her knowledge, and trusted that she could get the job done in a skillful manner no matter what obstacles stood in the way, and sure enough, she could get everything done that came up in no time!   I'm writing a 5-star review for Silver Leaf Mortgage, specifically Bob Muni, for actually not doing business with our family. My Mom is almost 90, living independently and beginning to develop memory issues. She got Bob's number from an acquaintance. My Mom contacted him several times insisting that she needed a reverse mortgage. It would have been very easy for Bob to legally (and to many, morally) complete and submit this mortgage application and get his commission. But instead he twice made the effort to get in contact with me and explain what was going on. After speaking, we both agreed that a reverse mortgage was not a good fit for her situation, and the mortgage process was cancelled. It seems like it's getting harder and harder these days to find people with Bob's integrity who make the choice to do "the right thing". I would 100% choose to work with Bob Muni as my mortgage broker if the need ever arises in the future.
