  We were looking for a home loan on a new build home and the lender that the builders used was not working for us. We got referred to Lauren Juhl and she has been absolutely fantastic! It was a year long process since we were in the works of a new build on our house. We had some stuff to work on for our credit before we could be fully approved. Lauren helped us through a lot with what we needed to improve our credit to a good point for a loan by making a plan with us. We got out credit up - way past the minimum point we needed and had enough time to save on our down payment. After all the pre-approvals being good, it came closer to time to start with realistic numbers on a loan and what mortgage payments would look like. Lauren sent us breakdowns on different scenarios based on the interest rate and estimated closing costs, and they were super easy to read and understand. Any time I had any questions, Lauren was extremely accessible with emails and phone calls. She was always very quick to respond to anything we needed. Lauren helped prepare us the whole way through the loan process, and it was a very smooth closing on our new house! I will recommend Lauren and Excel Financial Mortgage Brokers to anyone looking for a home loan!

  Chris and Bryan are fantastic to work with. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Less than a year after happily closing on our first home with Excel, rates were heading down and we were interested in locking in a lower rate. We were able to get in touch with Chris quickly via email and ask our questions about the process over the phone. He got all of our information together and kept an eye on the trends so when our desired rate was available we could act quickly to secure it. Chris also did a great job keeping us updated with easy-to-understand video updates throughout the process.

  I came to Chris and Bryan needing help on very short notice. I knew I was getting a terrible deal on a loan elsewhere, and I needed help fast to get new financing lined up for a 30 day close.   The BEST! We worked with Chris Lawhead and Bryan Emmett and their team for the loan on our new home. Let's just say, getting a loan is not a fun process no matter who you work with, but the Excel team is amazing.
