  I feel very blessed to have found Tim Oddo when I started looking for someone to help me with questions about a reverse mortgage on my home. I needed someone with knowledge to give me good advice and guide me in the right direction. From the very first conversation I had with Tim to the final closing he was kind, professional and very knowledgeable. He was always willing to answer my many questions and I knew I could trust him. His staff is exceptional as well. I want to say thank you all so very much for a very pleasant experience that will change my family's future.

  I just closed on a reverse mortgage on my home last week. Tim Oddo was very patient and so knowledgeable in explaining how the whole thing works! I knew nothing about it! He did a comprehensive zoom meeting with me and then did another zoom meeting so that I could have my younger daughter attend and understand the process. He was always prompt in returning calls and answering texts to explain things to me. Diamond Espinoza, who is part of his team, was wonderful to work with as well. I recommend the Oddo Group very highly if you are interested in learning about and securing a reverse mortgage loan.

  Tim Oddo is a real pleasure to do business with. He made us feel very comfortable through the whole process of refinancing and reverse mortgage, dispelling the myths and stigmas that often accompany HECM loans, or reverse mortgages. Any questions we had were answered promptly and professionally. Tim is courteous, knowledgeable and down to earth. He was never pushy. He returned texts and voicemails promptly if he wasn't available. If I could give him ten stars, I would.

  I have worked with Tim's wife Michelle for years. Exceleent! Naturally I first went to Tim to get a "lay of the land" to see how the program works. I finally was ready 2 years ago and got it done for our new home. (YES, you can buy a home with a reverse). This year we refinanced that reverse mortgage and got a line of credit! NEAT! Great team too, but more important to me, Tim had his finger on the package all the way through.

  Tim is amazing, honest, and knows his stuff! I knew very little about reverse mortgages before meeting him and still thought they were a bad idea- not the case at all! If you even think you might want to leverage the money in your home call Tim, he will give you straight answers (and tell you that the reverse mortgage isn't right for you if that is the case).

Tim is funny and down to earth and so helpful explaining step by step the time line selling your home and buying a new one.   First and foremost, let me say, this team is incredibly great. Most impressive customer care and service! I needed to find out about a reverse mortgage. Tim was referred to me. (I am almost 4 hrs away, in NW Colorado.) I called, asked Him to explain, & told Him I wasn't sure IF or WHEN I wanted to do it. He still took a plenty of time to clearly explain it to me, and answered every question. There was absolutely NO pressure at any time. I had been grieving the loss of my son, I'd lost several months prior, (so I made sure I took my time making my decision!). (The distance between my location & theirs was NEVER an issue either!) When I called Him back, many weeks later, He guided me step by step, with very clear information & always asked if I had questions. He made sure I understood everything! Tim's assistant, Diamond, was phenominal as well. She checked in on me weekly, always very quick and thorough on follow ups. She also knew I had bad days with grief too, so She began conversations with "How are you?" with utmost care, sincerity, and hearing in my voice how I was each time. When She knew it was a tough day, She was empathetic and intuitive & allowed time and extra follow ups too, making sure I clearly understood and wasn't confused, forgetful or pressured either. Tim, Diamond, Kiera, & their whole team, and even the Title company in the end... everyone involved were very knowledgeable, professional, efficient, but also impressively caring, patient, and always made sure I fully understood. NEVER from the first call all the way through, did I feel pressured. And I'm extremely happy to share about this excellent level of service! It wasn't just because I was grieving, they are genuinely caring people. A great group who clearly understand the value of excellent customer service! And they're still there for me anytime to continue their service with my reverse, any questions, concerns! That's phenominal customer service! This reverse is exactly what I needed to help me & is working very well for me since finalized Oct. 2021! Thank You Tim! And thank you to the whole Tim Oddo Group!

  Tim knows his "you know what"! If you are under the impression, like most, that reverse mortgages are bad, sit down with Tim for less than 20 minutes and your mind will be blown!
