  Working with Mike was a wonderful experience, even during the stressful home buying process. He was attentive, always available and always prepared. Once I contacted Mike about possibly purchasing a home, I gave him the required paperwork and my preapproval letter was written within a day. Once the offer was accepted on our new home, Mike and his team went to work. The process was very stream lined and unbelievably easy. Mike only locked in my loan when he know that the interest rate was at it's lowest. He even advised me on how to work with my realtor in order to get the best deal possible. Overall, Mike was amazing and I would absolutely recommend him to anyone who is looking to buy a home here in Northern Nevada.

  Mike and his team were so great to work with. It was the easiest process we have ever had buying/refinancing a home. They were responsive, fast, and took time to explain everything to us so we knew what was going on at each step of the process. Their online signing system makes it even easy to get things done quickly.

  Mike and his team guided us through the entire process! They were very responsive and even answer the phone when you call to ask questions. That kind of personalized service is hard to find these days! I hold Mike and all the people I dealt with at Bay Equity in high regard and wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future.

  We just recently closed on our house, and we could not be any happier! For me the process is incredibly confusing, but Mike was there to guide us and answer all of our questions. I could not imagine working with anybody else. He was there for us every step of the way. He was happy to help educate us, and he made us feel much more comfortable about the entire loan process. If you don't know Mike, he will treat you like you have been friends for life. Mike will be the first person we call when it's time for our next house, and he's the first guy I'll think of when friends or family are in need of a loan.

  When I first spoke to Mike Richardson, he reviewed all my information thoroughly, and then told me we would make my loan happen. He did. Through the whole process, he kept me informed and in step with what needed to me done. His communication and positive approach was appreciated. He was prompt in his responses to my questions.   This was my first time purchasing a home. Although the process was very confusing and overwhelming for me Mike made it as easy as possible. I was concerned about my mediocre credit score but Mike was able to make it happen. He is very professional and good at what he does! I am very happy with my new home and would recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a home!
