  I was at the end of a divorce and had to quickly get my house refinanced under my name. I had contacted Rory while shopping for quotes, and Rory absolutely was responsive to everything that I asked. He explained the process, even went through different questions with me that I had - with the most patience I've ever seen from any Loan Officer! I would absolutely work with Rory again and recommend him to anyone that I know who is wanting to refinance.

  Rory and Bay Equity came highly recommended by family and friends. We recently bought our first home and couldn't be more satisfied.   Rory was professional and personable throughout the mortgage application and implementation process. He thoroughly educated us to the mortgage process, choices, and what is expected of the applicant, as well as, the loan officer. Additionally, he provided timely communication and updates throughout and answered questions in a language that was comprehended. We felt confident he would provide the best service and guidance to lock in the best interest rate. We highly recommend Rory and will work with him again, as the situation arises!

  Rory helped our family to refinance our primary and rental properties simultaneously. We found him to be responsive, attentive, and also aggressive at capturing the best rates for us.
