  Every time I come in I have been helped the staff is fine especially when you consider they don't charge a service fee other than 2$ for cards.. never had any problems with this place.. I have 8 days grace on my payments.. I hope they count weekends.. 🙏 4 stars just in case they mark me late.. 😆

  Don't do business with this company! They have really high interest rates. You can't refinance your car, and if you want to pay it off early they still charge you the entire interest amount. Don't settle for high interest rates, and poor customer service.. Find a different finance company for you car loan.

  Worst company made me do 2 payments in one month less than 10days apart they used my first payment to cover all the late fees they did it without consulting me. I explained that I couldn't do another payment and they threatened to repo my truck. I explained that I was on workers comp due to covid complications and the supervisors response was that the pandemic was over. And I had to pay that day before 6pm or else they will pick up my truck. Never missed a payment not even in 2020 , when I asked to speak with someone higher than the supervisor they always dent it.

  Sierra credit is the worst company ever and needs to get shut down immediately, this is the second time they have towed my truck away, and they want to keep trying to charge to get my PERSONAL belongings and pay a separate fee to get the car as well. They are finesse people for their money because they have the worse service ever, I would really want to see this coming get shut down because what they are doing is wrong, especially during a pandemic

  I call in for two months asking for help to set up auto pay and the staff and upper management were rude and disrespectful to the max. Talk down to you and hang up the phone on you. And when it comes to any disability what so ever, it’s your problem not there’s! But if you get stuck with this group of people, there is one shining light and I hope I put her name right: Letty. She finely called me and helped me when no one else in the branch would....

  Horrible experience with this company. Due to COVID19 we needed an extension, they charged us $40 for the one month deferment and then still took our money! Today I called and spoke with a rude supervisor who refused to even give me her name and just yelled over me anytime I tried to speak. Hiding behind policy because the company has twice lied to us and keeps letting us down. If you have any other options run away from Sierra Credit!

  WARNING WARNING WARNING WARNING I have had a account with Sierra since 06/2020 my son helped me pay a one time payment of $4,000.00 in September. They gave me 2 yrs. To pay this account off. Sierra sent me a letter stating I didn’t have to pay the remaining balance until 01/2022. And now the woman continues calling me with a nasty attitude, not professional, screaming, because she said that letter was a mistake and how I have to pay the remaining balance, now the repo man is out to get my car .DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT ever “it’s a warning “do not ever get this place to give you a loan. SMH

  This company is a nightmare! Their customer service reps are disrespectful and are rude. Since when do they charge $6 to make a payment online? Sure enough this company are thieves and I am sure they have always been about not helping out the customer... Online payments should be free especially if the customer is doing the work on their account.. WORSE WORSE WORSE Company ever

  The absolute worst experience I have ever had with a financier in my life. They use an online portal operated by a 3rd party agency. When their website is down, and you contact Sierra Credit directly, they aren't able to help you because they rely on said 3rd party for all IT issues. I contacted them alerting them that I was unable to complete making my online account, and their representative apologized and said there was essentially nothing that could be done until the site was up and running again, which was out of their control. The representative could not even offer an estimate of when the site would be fixed. Several days later I FINALLY received confirmation that my account was made and ready to be verified. I verified my account and attempted to make a ONE TIME payment online. The site froze on me. After several minutes of watching a "wheel of death" screen, I refreshed the page. My e-mail notification sound then went off on my cell phone several times. When I looked at my e-mail for my "Thank you for your payment" confirmation e-mail, I HAD FOUR CONFIRMATION EMAILS. I sent an alarmed e-mail to the customer service in charge of the payment website complaining about their faulty service, and asking for the charges to be reassessed and not removed from my account beyond the ONE payment. Every day, I monitored my bank account waiting for the charge to show as pending so I could dispute it with my bank. It never showed as pending. My account was indeed charged 4 times. No one ever responded to my e-mail. Now I have to complete a dispute form with my bank to have the funds sent back to me. This is not how I expect my VERY FIRST payment with this company to be. Going back to their website, it doesn't even show that my payment was made. I have no available payment history, no scheduled payments, no current bills. The site is absolutely useless, and CLEARLY STILL BROKEN. If you are in any position to choose your financier, I highly suggest seeking other options over Sierra Credit. I've never written such a lengthy review in my life, but losing over $1000 in one fell swoop to a company that isn't knowledgable or in control of their own payments is nothing short of traumatic, and unfortunately, my journey has only just begun.

  I have been making payments on the account for 16 months now, with Laura. Now, Cecilia the new handler for the account, calls and rudely interrupts anything I have to say, on top is not willing to work with any timings on the account for the payment and kept threatening over and over again. I just simply called to get information as to how to make a payment at the 7-eleven. Finally, I asked for supervisor, which came up with the same attitude, and didn’t want to help on the account. She threatened me again with the same dialogue. Complete up-surd and degrading customer service. There is no helping in this company. They treat you like they own you, and try to make you feel worse. I would give negative stars if I could, and will be sending reviews into BBB.
