  Awesome people to work with. I sell high end merchandise and needed a high risk account. They got me approve with a great company for processing my orders, so, I don't get penalize for those type of orders. Faviola and Caroline were AWESOME! They take good care of you. I have dealt other companies that acted snobby and these people are very friendly and you wont feel intimidated.

  Recommend this company 100% especially Faviola if you can request to work with her! She knew what she was doing and had my account set up within 2 days! Huge relief after I had dealt with a different company and no account for 3 weeks! Amazing customer support, communication, and the paperwork was a breeze. Very happy client here.

  This company is amazing. They are professional and timely. Melissa Daleske assisted me from the beginning to the end.   These guys are awesome! I was referred to them because I was told I needed a high risk merchant account even though I don't consider what I do high risk. Neal was extremely helpful and took the time to explain how the process works and got me approved pretty quickly. Their team helped my get integrated, walked me through a test transaction, and showed me how to view reports. I will definitely be recommending Paymentcloud Inc. to people in the future.

  This review is concerning Melissa Daleske. This woman is fabulous. She is incredibly efficient and stays on top of things. My partner has ADD and has made life difficult for Melissa. But she took it in stride. I would definitely recommend PaymentCloud-and Melissa in particular- to any businessperson!
