  Five star rating, 10 star service. All I can say is WOW. My wife and i are so thankful for Carl and his team. They were amazing. Our home buying process was very challenging for his team, we had a VA loan and other issues in a very hot market and his team delivered. Carl was in constant communication with me on the process and bouncing ideas on how to get the loan funded. Lemme tell you about Deanna, very passionate about her job, will go the extra mile to get it done plus she is fun to talk to! I cant thank Carl and his team enough. They made the impossible possible. My family now has a great home to call our own and Im 100% confident that would not have happened if we did not have Carl and his team on our side!

  Carl and his team were incredibly helpful when I was buying my first home. They communicated with the lenders to ensure that we could secure a loan, and he helped us to lock an impressively low interest rate.   Carl is one of the best Loan officer's I have worked with. He explained the Loan process from beginning to end. Always had a positive attitude and was very honest and reliable.   I am a local realtor and have worked with several Loan Officers. Carl really stood out from the rest. He had multiple loan programs for my client who was self employed and his down payment was from unlisted stocks (none of this made the process easy) and yet Carl was able to get the job done and we were able to close escrow on time. I highly recommend Carl for any type of loan you, or your clients may need. 5 STAR SERVICE!!!!

  Carl is the best!! I been doing business with Carl since 2006, he’s very professional, trustworthy, and diligent. I would not trust anyone else to handle my purchase and/or refinancing. Carl was able to find programs for me when no one could! Each time I refinanced, he’s given me the beat deal in the market!! Thanks Carl for all you do!!!!
