  Bobby is great! He is very attentive, easy to talk to, and explains things well. I never have a hard time getting ahold of him and if I ever email or leave a voicemail, he gets back to me in less than 24 hours. Most importantly for me, he always gently encourages me to contribute more to my retirement fund, but never pushes me or makes me feel uncomfortable in any way.
