  Horrible experience. Went in and spent almost 2 hours with Sonia, sent her all our bills and never heard back from her. No call no letter NOTHING. Called multiple times and no one called back. I spoke to the manager Chris who was of NO help either. He said he would look into it and he never called back. I emailed Chris. He never emailed me back. To this day I have had ZERO response from this bank. Don't give them your business. Too small a bank with zero accountability. There's no one I can complain to about this experience. If something goes wrong you will just have to deal with it.

  So happy to have found a bank where you are more than just an account number. Shore provides all of the same services as a "big name" bank without all of the fees. Personal attention and very friendly!

  The staff here is always welcoming, and quick to assist with my needs. Ive felt their personal banker has always gone the extra mile to work with me and their tellers have always been kind, friendly and on top of my usual needs when i enter.

  Everyone at the Owings Mills location was extremely kind & knowledgeable. I must thank Sonia for going above & beyond to help me - and I'm not even an account holder with this bank! Wonderful customer service all around!

  Very unprofessional, took three people to help me in the drive thru. Was hung up on 3 times and i was told that hanging up on customers was acceptable if they didn't agree with the customer. Don't use them

  Been banking here since they opened. Great service and tellers and manager always professional and go out of their way to help me. I would highly recommend this bank.
