  Michelle Sampson was awesome BUT I am furious. I have been here two times this week and had to wait almost an hour to get help. This is inexcusable! How can they run a business and expect people to wait for an hour? Terrible.

  I have been a loyal customer of M&T for many years. In addition, I had been with Provident bank all my life. I called the Owings Mills Bank to cash/deposit a savings bond. I was told that it could not be cashed at the drive thru. I told the lady that I had a problem walking, and too many unmasked people in the bank. This is a transaction that can be done easily. I was registered with the SEC for many years. M&T should practice customer service. Poor decisions and management is the procuring cause of many banks closing.

  The employees at this branch we’re super helpful in securing my accounts and replacing my debit cards after my Wallet was stolen. They were friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. I also come here for routine deposits and to use either the walk-up or drive-thru ATMS, which are available 24/7.

  Megan (didn't get her last name) was extremely friendly, helpful, personable, and informative. I came in to meet my father who is in a nursing home and having a hard time. We had an appointment set to help get his finances in order. The appointment ended up having to be rescheduled because his caregiver took him to the wrong branch and it became time to close. Even though that happened Megan was very professional and patient in a rough situation. She definitely represents M and T well and is a great brand ambassador! -Blaine Boone

  By far the slowest, most inconsiderate branch of M&T I have ever been into. The woman at the drive through not only was rude and yelled at me, but she also never sent a pen, I am still sitting in line awaiting for her to even touch my container. I have been sitting here waiting for over 25 minutes, my entire lunch break from work has now been spent sitting in the same spot at the drive through waiting while being ignored by every other employee standing around doing nothing. Avoid this branch at all cost if you can.

  Troy is the BEST! He helped me with a serious issue and gave me great advice. Made my banking experience a less stressful situation.

  Tried to make a deposit in the bank and doors were locked at 4:15pm and drive-up tellers were closed too.

  Teller had bad attitude, she was totally disrespectful, I bank at capital one and this bank is no where close to them when comes to customer service. no respect..un professional, rude. Lady sounded like etheopean.

  My experience with two bankers there has left such a bad taste in my mouth; downright rude and haughty. I wouldn't save here.
