  Mortgage Equity is a company that provides excellent service. The officers are professionals, who take time to answer questions, but work efficiently and timely. We worked on home financing/re-financing with Irina for couple years now and had only positive experience.

I am more than satisfied with the company's work - quickly, honestly, and without any problem.   I tried to refinance my mortgage with Community Mortgage Group. The quality of service is bad as it was in Soviet Union with no respect to potential client. Initially they promised a good rate, but when I started asking detailed questions I got either no response to my questions (Emma Lebedev) or promises to call me without actual call (Irina Spector). Phone calls were rescheduled multiple times from their side during more than a month. At the end, the time was lost and I lost money (several thousand dollars) because mortgage rate got changed on the market, so I had to get worse deal with another company than I could get with that same company initially.

  It was an overall pleasant experience working with Lana Shapiro and Irina Spector were very professional and knowledgeable.They offered careful and concise explanations for all questions I posed to them. They were very respectful to my concerns and helped me. I would recommend Community Mortgage Group Inc to anyone who desires to have a good experience when obtaining a mortgage!
