      I have been a customer for years and was extremely disappointed in a process I was trying to complete through the credit union. It just was a reminder that customers are not always valued.

      No one to talk to when attempting to apply for a mortgage. After a visit to the OM branch and several phone calls to some other branches the mortgage reps need at 3 weeks to set up an appointment with you and at least 45 days from the appointment. 2 months! They may offer no fees but the reasons for that are no fast turn around services or for that matter any true interest in business. Just employees with no incentive or eagerness to work with the needs of the customer. In the long run it's certainly worth paying for service. One big "F" for PBCU.....

      If you are a navy federal customer stay far away it's always so technical difficulties when using the atm for deposits, it either doesn't show in your account or it won't accept your money.
