  I couldn't recommend Shivani and her team more!   Shivani is awesome! My wife and I just bought our first house and we couldn’t have done it without Shivani and her team. When we went in to meet Shivani for the first time, she was very kind and knowledgeable. You can just tell how much she loves her job and how much she cares about her clients. She walked us through the whole process and made sure that we understood everything.   Shivani was very friendly and helpful throughout our first time home buying experience. She gave us detailed loan estimates and even recorded a video for us explaining what everything meant, which was helpful as we were new to the process and didn't understand what a lot of that meant. When it came time locking our interest rate in, she helped us get a competitive rate and beat other lenders offers. Shivani is very knowledge and definitely understands the housing market in Reno.   If you are looking for someone to help you with a refinance, stop looking and contact Shivani now. She made the refinance process so quick and easy. I wasn’t sure if it made more sense to take our money to pay off some student loans or to take the lower interest rate. Less than 24 hours after contacting her, she sent us a wonderful video and website explaining all of the options. It made the decision so much easier. Even after our refinance was done, I had questions about the transfer of our mortgage payment to another bank and Shivani called me back after hours to help settle my questions.
