They keep you updated throughout the entire process and let you know what’s going on.   I refinanced with Home Wealth Funding and Cory and his team were absolutely fantastic to work with. I wasn't sure if this was the right move for me financially but Cory walked me through different scenarios based on my current situation and future plans. In past home purchases I felt like I was just signing on the dotted line 50 times. Cory took the time to help me understand my options and I know for sure I truly got a good deal. Jaime and Nallely in his office were also great to wok with. Would recommend.
