  They deserve more 3.7 stars rating, Zack and staff are awesome, kind and professional, I did my fire arm transfer with them and they were patient and very helpful. Beautiful shop by the way, I highly recommend their store.

  I was trying to sell a 12u rack case. They couldnt take it, but the owner is a really good guy and told me where i could sell it. the store looks really good. Ill definitely be back.

  So ..this store is well stocked with a great selection of acoustic, electric guitars and accessories. It also appears to be well stocked in traditional pawn shop wares Prices seem on the high side The problems I’ve had on at least two visits was rude behavior directed to me by the manager or owner?..Zach? I would never post a negative review based on one visit , anyone can have a bad day ..but two bad visits spaced out by 5 months? That’s a problem. Not my problem however ..I’ll travel 10 minutes away to Winston for common decency and a better deal on a Gibson SG Junior

  Went in to buy a AR with a NC license 18 years of age and they tell me you have to be 21, website says store policy is 18 for long rifles. website needs to be updated.

  The repair tech had the parts I needed to get my fender stratocaster back up and running. Wonderful folks and extremely competitive prices even lower then online pricing on strings, guitars, pickups, amps ect. Give these folks a visit before your next purchase. You'll be glad you did..

  Just bought a 1966 Gibson ES-335 for a super deal from this shop. Great selection of guns, guitars, gear, everything. Everyone treated me with respect and were very helpful and attentive. I will definitely be back. I have nothing negative to say about their store and give nothing but praises to their great selection of inventory, hospitality, and great prices.

  These people are really great, several times now i have come to them for a pawn or purchase, I wouldn't go anywhere else at this point. They are always Friendly, Professional, and ready to help out the best they can. I highly recommend them for anything you need.

  Love them! They are great people and bend over backwards to please us and help us. Store has changed, yes, because some things weren't in high demand anymore, so it's change or possibly face closing the store. I have dealt with Shannock's for 20yrs and I will continue doing business with them.
