  Absolutely love this bank and staff, but this location has to have the most RAGGEDY, smack it a few times to help, forgot what you needed, atm I’ve ever seen at any other branch lol. Can y’all please buy a new one?

  Allegacy fraudulently removed funds from my account to settle an old account my ex had from a "dead" account that was supposed to have been closed five years ago when he and I asked them to do so. They decided without asking me to attach HIS old account to my new one, and then took almost $4,000 from me. We have been divorced 5 years and this was due to something he had done two years after our divorce. I am and was not in any way accountable for this but due to their clerical errors I now have no money and am not working due to covid. Thank you Allegacy for leaving me unable to buy food or pay the mortgage. My 3 children and myself are quite beside ourselves and hope to figure this out. I do plan on reporting this to the banking commissioner and I'm seeking legal advice.

  horrible service hateful people did not want to service us because we came in at 458 pm to make a deposit through shared branch banking. The tellers already closed and counted their registers so they told us they couldn't deposit because my account was locked by my Credit Union. After they quickly ushered us out the door we called our bank and miraculously discovered there was no lock or block on our account nor was there a deposit inquiry made by Allegacy. Thanks a bunch!!

  Unfortunately this is the closest bank to my house otherwise I would avoid this place at all costs. I always get an attitude by the tellers whenever I come to make deposits or withdrawals like it's so terrible for them to actually do their job! Feels more like I'm banking at Walmart with the bad attitudes and employees who hate their jobs.

  Outstanding Customer Service from the Entire Staff. Very professional and they address you by your first name. I am glad Allegacy opened this facility in King, NC.

  Tellers are rude and do not respect your needs. Major improvement needed. Do not go to branch if you expect good service!
