  I refinanced my house in August 2021 with Shamrock Homes. The process went quickly and everyone treated me as though I was apart of the family. The response time was unbelievable. I emailed Mr Norment's daughter, Juliana 2 o'clock am and she responded back within minutes. I asked her when does she sleep. I was getting ready to close with Veterans Affair, however, they said they were not able to give me the cash back I was requesting. I applied with this company to see if they were able to honor my request. They did honor my request within 30 days. The entire team was amazing 👏 !
