  LOVED working with Gretchen and Brooke. Gretchen was super responsive, super knowledgeable, and immediately handled all my requests on a very tight timeline in this crazy market. We had previously been working with a big bank lender, and every time I would call I would get a different customer service representative and it took forever to get anything handled - Gretchen and her team were a breath of fresh air, since I was always able to get in touch with them and get what I needed ASAP, so it was a no brainer switch. Brooke handled our paperwork way in advance, enabling us to have a super quick close which was much needed for our family. And they were all around just fantastic people!

  My experience with Academy was pleasant. My wife and I were still feeling the sting of a contract that fell through at the beginning of 2021due to my previous loan team dropping the ball a week before closing. From the beginning Amy, Dana and the rest of their team assured us that they will do everything in their power to get us to the closing table and leave us with a more positive experience and they delivered. The concierge service was also a game changer! They contact you and ask what do you need as far as services and utilities, ask the right questions, give you all the options in your area and even setup your appointments and installation. Thank you guys!
