  Too Good To Be True (Chris proved it wrong. REALLY!!!!) We are really excited and happy to share that our refinance completed recently at 1.875% interest rate for 15 years. YES YES YES!!! It's really true. Chris Sadler Sr. Loan Originator at Triangle Lending Group and his team, special thanks to Ms. Erin helped immensely during the entire process with "lightning speed" response and turnaround time to close our loan in little over 1 month during this COVID-19 period.   I recently refinanced my home mortgage with Triangle Lending Group. I had been shopping rates (theirs was very good) and wary of lenders charging astronomical closing fees. Triangle Lending Group not only had great rates, they had very reasonable closing fees AND the process was amazing. They are professional, patient, communicative, human, kind and worked with me to make everything possible with limited effort. I knew they were really busy during the time I refinanced, but they were still responsive in all of my communications and answered all my questions. I recommend them very highly. This is a top rate business, great people, fantastic experience.

  I shopped around a lot before making a decision about which mortgage company to go with, I contacted big lenders, local lenders, and several online lenders. My main goal was to get as low of a rate as I could and I was even willing to sacrifice quality of service if the rate was good enough. Among all of the companies I contacted, Triangle Lending Group and Mr. Jim Bean gave me the quote with the best rate, over 0.25% lower than some of the other companies. Luckily I also didn't have to settle for a lower quality of service either as Mr. Jim Bean turned out to be one of the more helpful people I think I've ever dealt with in business! He was always extremely responsive, his answers were always clear and thorough, and he was always respectful and professional throughout our whole transaction. We closed on time, everything was dealt with in a timely stress-free manner, and every question I had was answered within a couple of hours at most of me asking them. So, if you want the lowest mortgage rate coupled with extremely good service, Triangle Lending Group is the way to go, and Jim Bean is your loan officer!
