  By far the best mortgage team in all of NC. Chris Hutchison, Summer Mullis and of course Amy Bonis is a team that gets the job done regardless of what stands in the way. My mortgage had many obstacles in which other company's didn't want to put in the extra work. But these guys did. Being a single mom with a daughter, my top priority was to provide a home for my daughter and if it wasn't for them I don't no what I would of done. They not only help my achieve a dream but also changed our lives. Thanks guys!!!! If I could give you a raise I would ..lol👍😁

  Amy Bonis and her entire mortgage team are amazing!! They were great at communicating what each step of the process would look like and easy to reach for any questions I had. My wife and I started the process of obtaining a mortgage just as COVID-19 hit and the quarantine started. This was a very stressful time but Amy and her team reassured us not to worry. They worked overtime to ensure that we were able to get a VA loan and secured us an UNBELIEVABLE rate!! Amy and her team turned the overwhelming administrative tasks required into a simple process and ensured we were able to close within 30 days.   Amy Bonis and her team are THE COMPANY to contact for your mortgage needs in Raleigh, North Carolina (maybe even in the country). She gets the job DONE. We had the pleasure of working with her on our first home mortgage here in Raleigh and decided that we were so happy with her and her team that we would give her our refi business a few years later. Let me just say we gave her the secondary business thinking that we would actually lose some money on the refi but our loyalty paid DIVIDENDS when we got a better rate than expected and some perks! We will 100% be doing business nowhere else. If you're looking for someone to help you get you into a home at the best rates look no further!

  Amy and her team are the most genuine professionals that I have ever dealt with. They truly care about you and your investment (house). They are super communicative and thorough with the process. There are people out there that don't care for you and at the end of the day it's not their problem, so they don't want to try. Well with Amy and her team, they creatively think of solutions and will not leave you in the dark. They truly want you to be happy and explore every avenue in assuring everything is correctly done.

  This team at Amy Bonis Mortgage is incredible! The biggest reason......COMMUNICATION. They don't hide behind emails and voice messages, this team really makes the extra effort in communicating with their clients and the agents that represent the buyers.   I was very fortunate to come across Amy Bonis' team in deciding on my mortgage broker. I knew absolutely NOTHING about buying a home; I didn't even understand mortgages. I was referred to her by a realtor whom I ultimately did not use. Amy Bonis herself sat me down and explained everything about buying a home, and she answered any and all questions I could possibly think of. Never once did I feel uneducated about the process. She is incredibly informative and professional. On top of that, by the time I was ready to make the big purchase, she linked me with her associate, Jennifer, who could not be more organized and quick-to-reply and so very helpful.   Amy is amazing. I own a labor based business and have talked to several lenders who seemed to be bothered by the fact I wasn’t a doctor, lawyer or banker. Amy jumped at it right away.
