  Shakelia is the best, and I’m not just saying this. She went above and beyond for my family and I. She was always there to answer my questions, and made sure I always had a clear understanding through the loan process. She really has her heart in her job, and that’s what you want. You want someone who really cares, and she showed me that. My family and I really appreciate her, and words can not express how we feel about her.
