  Received two letters by mail, as well as an email explaining an issue with my Kia'smKia's model. Called the Goose Creek location to followup to get the issue resolved, as stated in the correspondences. After explaining I was calling because of correspondences I received, the lady who answered the phone in the service responded with "I've never heard of that". Ok, not a problem. Reading the issue that needed resolving DIRECTLY from the letter, she stated "that's not going to help me. Give me your VIN so I can look your car up in the system." Taken back by her abrupt and rude tone, I stated that I wasn't aware that she would need that information, but to hold on I have it available. As I took the phone from my ear to grab my insurance card or registration (whichever I would see first), I heard her saying something. As I returned the phone to my ear, I explained that I was getting the info. She said "well, you can just call back when you have it". I replied with "I'm sorry, I didn't realize I was wasting your time". Immediately hung up and called the West Ashley location. The gentleman that answered the phone there was very polite and professional. He knew exactly what I was referring to and was able to schedule an appointment for the correction with no problems. Having two distinct levels of service from the two locations within minutes of one another caused me to want to leave this review. And, after seeing other unsatisfied customers, I'm not surprised. Save yourself frustration and just go to the West Ashley location.
