  The only way to describe Sonya and her team is: AMAZING! They are communicative, supportive, understanding (that the home purchase process has changed thanks to the bubble of 2008 and has made it more intrusive for the buyers) and they walk you through every step of the process. I was a needy client :) but they made it easy and less stressful than I had expected. The best compliment you can give to a business is a referral and I just referred her and her staff to a friend moving to the area. She is the only person I will go through for any new loans or ReFis in the future!
