  Completely disagree with the policy that to open an account and deposit money they pull a hard credit report on you. Why would I do that - I don't want a credit card. Be aware, this does affect your credit score.

  I bank out town and this is my sister Bank. The first time I had no problem. They cashed a check with only proof of my bank account. I was not charged for anything. Today I stop in with bag of change so I can exchange it. The girl sent me to a machine to charge me 10% non member fee. I tried to explain the hole sister bank thing. And the joung lady was very short n rude with me. I heard the rude comments made under her breath as she walked away. And then talk about me to the other ladies having social hour. This is why I don't leave my out state bank because Noone can give me the speacil 100% customer service I get from chessie federal credit union. BTW I know what Karen means incase u think I don't. Next time lower ur voice if u don't want heard. Have great day. Oh...capt Ds took all my change and didn't charge me and was nice about it. Have good day.

  I love this branch. But I am currently out of state and need an extension number to get issued a new card. Have tried calling and contacting through email. If an extension number was provided for this branch, it would be super helpful!

  I have been using this bank and visiting the Goose Creek branch for many years (about 15+). The staff are always great and they have helped me through some tough times. They have helped protect my account from fraud many times. When my account got hacked a few years agi, they worked with me until the issues were solved. I managed to get back everything I was owed. I couldn't be happier. Thank you!

  I just moved to Charleston, SC about 1 year ago and finally found a local branch that had made me feel like a part of their family. Candi & Samantha are a huge asset to your company and this branch. I have moved a lot with my company and finally found a home in Charleston and Rev is an added bonus.   I went into REV and instantly I was impressed! You could feel the smiles underneath the mask! This lady named Candy helped me and she was great. You can tell the entire staff enjoy working together.

  I had to change my review due to fraud being committed on my account and Rev stating that they did a investigation. After two months the lady lied and stated some one I know made the charges which was a complete lie. She also lied and stated the charges came from a certain phone number that was Also a complete lie. They did not cover the fraud charges. I have this account for years. And another account with Rev-htfcu, for about 20 years. I'm disgusted about this. I also have Navy Federal and I have NEVER had a problem with them. I will be closing my account and letting everyone know about how they handle fraudulent charges. I don't recommend anyone use this credit union.

  LaTonya - At REV, we take fraud very seriously. After a thorough investigation, we confirmed that the purchase was made using your e-mail address and your boyfriends phone number. When we spoke with you earlier this month, we made a point of sharing ALL the details of the investigation. If you recall, you mentioned needing to speak with your boyfriend about our findings. We haven't heard from you since.

  May was very professional at the Goose Creek office. she is very proactive and professional. She greeted me and others as we walked in while some others didn’t say anything or didn’t have a customer may had everyone in and out
