  Olga Keyes is very professional and experienced real estate agent! We are so happy to work with her. As a seller’s agent she helped us to prepare the house for selling, her team works fast and professionally. Olga sold our house over the market price with a huge price gap. Escrow process went very smoothly and quickly, and was closed before due date. Olga is very responsible, she helped us with each moment we needed. She feels client’s needs and always works with no pressure, gently and tactfully. Highly recommend her, you will never get disappointed!

  As a homebuyer I would highly recommend to work with Olga Keyes. During the seller’s market we were so lucky to buy our new home below the market price because of Olga’s professional skills. We had a different experience with a previous agent, who was interested only in his own commission, but not in a client’s goal. But when we started to work with Olga, she called us back after one hour and suggested writing an offer $23K (!!!) below than our previous agent proposed. And our offer was accepted!!! You can imagine how much money she saved for us! Olga always follows the clients’ interests. She has very strong negotiation skills! We really appreciate her help, she made our family super happy with our new home! We could not have got it without her!

  Kathy Wren - Simply the best!! We have bought and sold many houses over the years and the experience we had with Kathy was the smoothest and best. Once we made the decision to sell the house, Kathy and her team had it on the market within a week. She really did take care of everything! She staged the home beautifully, even helped me clean a patch of wall that hadn't seen a sponge in several months after some furniture was moved. No other realtor we worked with would have done that. It spoke volumes to how committed Kathy was to getting us the most for our home. She helped us price the house correctly and had multiple open houses that resulted in an offer within a few days!
