  Today we closed on our first home! As a first time home buyer, I was a little scared of the process. But, we were super lucky to have Jenny and Blaine on our side! Jenny must have answered a million of my questions throughout the process, and always did so taking care to fully explain things and ensure I understood. For questions that were outside of the box, Jenny always got back to me with answers, or links to videos where I could understand things better. Most importantly, Jenny and Blaine took steps in making sure this process was stress free for me, and they showed sincerity and made effort in getting to understand my needs throughout the process. All in all, LoanRX eliminated any headache I was having regarding purchasing my first home, and here I am with my wife and child, officially homeowners. Thank you again J&B!

  It was such a pleasure working with Jenny and Blaine at LoanRx. They helped us with our loan and get our first home. They communicated with us daily and gave us status updates on where we are on our loan process. They are very knowledgeable and organized with the loan process.   I reached out to Jenny and Blaine just a little bit after I went into escrow on a property and they were life savers in helping me get a mortgage loan. I was initially working with a loan mortgage broker who I've worked with in the past but they were unresponsive/slow responding. I actually found out about Jenny/Blaine on a negative review of this 'other' mortgage broker's yelp listing. Jenny/Blaine were very responsive, transparent, courteous, respectful and awesome to work with given the shorter timeline that they had to work with to get my funding in place. If you want peace of mind and confidence that your loan will be funded, I highly recommend Jenny/Blaine.

  Outstanding service! I highly recommend anyone looking to refinance to call Jenny. I was referred by a relative because he had a great experience with her, but I was still a bit skeptical as with all financial transactions. I am really glad I called because after working all the numbers and options, she told me refinancing my loan with today’s lowest rate, still wouldn’t save me enough money to go through the process. She gave me advice that was against her own interest!! Wow!! Who does that anymore? She was responsive; available nights and weekends, which worked well with my schedule. She was friendly; spoke to me like a sister; and knowledge; went through several options to find the best deal. You won’t regret calling Jenny If you’re thinking about refinancing your mortgage with unprecedented low interest rates now.

  I was lucky once again to have Jenny worked on my refi this past month. The first time was over 10 years ago when I was going through a separation and divorce as a single mother of 3 daughters. I tried calling everyone to help me refi to get my mortgage payments down, so I can keep my place for my children and I. No one would even look my way, saying that there's no way I can get quality in my current situation. I've spent hours a day on a phone with no help and no one to turn to. That's when Jenny came along. We talked, she was very caring for my situation and gathered all m info and tried her best to find and work with different lenders to get my approval for the refi, but no one wants to a chance on me. I truly thank Jenny for all her efforts as I knew she tried everything she can for me. After 3 years to my surprise Jenny reached back out to me to tell me she was able to find a bank that was willing to take a chance on me! After all this time, she still remembered me and was still working to find someone that was willing to help me out. I can't believe it! I have never meet a person that was willing to do this for me. After all this time, how can it be possible that she never given up on me and was still looking?!?!? She's more than AMAZING, she has a really passion not only for her work, but to really help others. I can't even find in words to say how thankful I am for Jenny. If she haven't given up, and if she didn't refi me in a nick of time, I would of lost my place. This time around, nothing changed after 10 plus years. My refi was smooth, fast and professional done. She updated me with everything that was going on, and always have my best interest at heart. I was able to locked in at a very great low rate! If you're looking for a professional, trustworthy and honest person to handle your loan, look no further. Jenny is a professional, organize, trustworthy, smart and beautiful person inside and out. I thank my lucky star for her. :)

  I recently had the pleasure of working with Jenny Bui with LoanRX for my home refinance.   Hey, if you're checking out my review here. Let me tell you straight off the bat that doing business at LoanRX is very much worth your time. My parents struggled very hard with their finances especially during a pandemic where they've lost their revenue and one very special person from LoanRX was able to help us. She wasn't just professional, she was genuinely a good person! If you ever work with LoanRX, please work with Jenny Bui! My mom saw her ad on the Vietnamese Channel with Blaine. She called thinking that it would not hurt but it would still be a long shot because literally no one was able to help us. Nobody could help as my mom did not make enough money but Jenny still stood by us and helped us during our time of need. We've also messed up a couple of times too but they were extremely patient with us as well. Jenny also sent me a holiday card and said happy birthday to me! A W E S O M E. If you ever have the chance to work with Jenny, please do it. You definitely will not be scammed and you will have someone trustworthy which is the most important thing.

  I worked with Jenny during my journey to buy my dream home. I will tell you from experience that she is the most sincere and most helpful in pushing my application through. She took the time to explain and made sure I understand the terms. Jenny was extremely honest - laid all options on the table for me and this is rare in this industry. I would recommend Jenny and the LoanRX to anyone out there on whether you are buying or refinancing. Trust me, I have shopped at several banks before coming to Jenny and I can tell you that the LoanRX has the best interest rates. Their rates are somehow always lower than others.
