  As a First time buyer, it can get very stressful at times everything is new stuff that first time buyers don’t understand . Bob made me feel comfortable since the first conversation that I had with him Bob and his team are very understanding and very professional.They are really strict with everything, but for me that made me feel that they cared ,and that I was in good hands. Their staff is friendly, courteous, and insightful. Make no mistake lending options available in the mobile home market is limited and restricted unlike the single family market. Yet Dove always seems to have lending options available to suit most buyers particular credit situation. Dove also recognizes this as being the most important decision you will make and are plugged-in to ensuring you have a smooth transition throughout the lending process. As a Broker serving my regional market, I have appreciated the quality of their work and my clients have as well. You will too!

  Slow pre-qualification. They treat this process like the full loan process. We lost the ability to even place an offer without a pre-qualification. Their website states they can do this within one work day...wrong! When we followed up, they stated they were short staffed, too much work and so many other people these days, without proper documents. None of this applied to us. They are unprofessional. BTW, we were fully qualified in both credit scores, employment, income and still they took days. After 4 days, still don't have the letter. Moving on.

  Can't thank Bob & Linda enough @ "Dove Financial" for all of their hard work to help me fund my loan. They were there evey step of the way with e-mails & calls staying in touch. It's no easy process as I have learned to fund an older mobile home.. Thank You to everyone @ Dove Financial your're the best.........
