  Stay away from this branch. Stay away from Wells Fargo. They do not care about their customers, cannot think outside the box. Why would you want a bank that treats its customers horribly. I could tell you our story but I won’t waste your time. If you are thinking about becoming a Wells Fargo customer. Run. Run the other way. ESPECIALLY if you intend on making this branch in Tustin your main bank. By the way, if you are wondering about the response to my review where they acted like they cared and wanted to hear my concerns? Don’t buy it. Two days later after I emailed my phone number inviting them to call me. They still haven’t reached out to me. That is one of their things. They make promises, but never deliver. My review stands.

  This branch got the most amazing banker team that I've ever seen! They are so helpful with warm welcoming, my mother is thirsty and they offer cold water for her, get us seated and very quick in getting a banker to help us. They are not like other banks where they talk a lot and want you to have different accounts, I think after the scandal last year that Wells Fargo had, bankers and tellers are just focusing on helping customer, and that makes me love this branch more than anything! Lots of parking lots, has drive-thru ATMs, very bright lighting set up and tablets for bankers. Great banking experience!

  I waited in line for 20 mins. to ask a teller a question regarding a 7 day hold on my paycheck. Her response, "I recommend you call the customer service number on the back of your debit card." When I did, the customer service representative instructed me to go back to the branch. I asked to close my account due to my dissatisfaction and was unable to do so because of the pending deposit...not because of any pending charges. I regret closing my bank of America account to switch to wells Fargo.

  Over the last year (2015), I visited this branch over a dozen times for numerous reasons, both my personal and business account. Each time I have been offered great customer service. Reasons like this keep me at Wells Fargo.

  I TOLD BANK REP. GRACE MY ADDRESS TO SEND THE NEW BANK CARD TO, SEVERAL TIMES ! WELLS FARGO EVEN HAS MY ADDRESS ON FILE ! SHE STILL SENT IT TO THE WRONG ADDRESS!! & NOW MY BILLS ARE LATE! PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME HERE, TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE ‼️‼️

  Great customer service with an emphasis on time management. I've never waited longer than five minutes on any banker, and when the line is long their staff tries to keep the mood light.

  This branch is the best Wells Fargo Branch around, and its not even close. Very seldom do I have to wait in line to make a deposit and every individual is helpful and positive! This BRANCH is a great place to bank!

  Great experience and great customer service. I was personally assisted by Hiba. She went out of her way to make sure i was assisted properly and my account handled correctly. I seriously can't complain about anything. Thank you Hiba!! ⭐🌻

  Great customer service! They even order foreign currency for WF members without any extra charge, making my trips much easier
